I appreciate that choosing the right personal trainer is an important decision. It’s important for both of us – for example if you are planning on entering a strong man competition I may not be the trainer for you!

My sessions run outdoors come rain or shine. I build progressive programmes around our natural surroundings and portable equipment such as kettlebells, resistance bands and agility ladders. I focus strongly on form particularly core activation, neutral spine alignment and optimal set-up of the body prior to all exercises. Mastering these techniques will help you build strength and fitness effectively whilst avoiding injury.
